Brand Terms & Conditions

By registering as a Brand or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following payment and settlement conditions:

1. All customer payments generated through Ssocio Pro campaigns will be collected through the Platform's secure payment gateway.
2. Ssocio Pro will deduct a 15% Affiliate Service Commission from every successful order.
3. The cashback promised in the campaign will be deducted from the order amount and credited to the eligible customer or creator after successful verification.
4. The remaining balance—Order Value minus 15% Platform Commission minus Cashback—will be transferred to the Brand according to the Platform's settlement cycle.
5. Cashback will only be released after successful order verification and compliance with campaign guidelines.
6. The Platform reserves the right to withhold or adjust settlements for cancelled, refunded, disputed or fraudulent transactions.
7. By clicking Create Account, the Brand agrees to all Platform Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Payment & Settlement Policy.
